Delivery Information

Our products are normally delivered but are available for collection within two weeks of ordering (however, this may be extended during spring and summer seasons). We only supply the concrete products not the actual the materials to go with them. Delivery prices are £10 plus VAT (£12 including VAT). Please note that our goods are delivered on the understanding that there will be hand or crane unloads. If the customer directs the lorry off the public highway, then they shall become solely responsible for any resulting damage.

Important Information

Please note that we do not recommend any cleaning products, as most of them contain chemicals that could react with the cement causing damage. All products are made from naturally occurred material and are supplied on the basis that due to weather efflorescence and site conditions the colour and shade may vary with time due to seasonal manufacture. No two pieces of concrete should ever look identical this generally is considered to enhance the natural stone effect. General weathering can’t be guaranteed and we do not give any warranty on our products. Please check your product before laying, as we are unable to remove and replace any paving when laid. We don’t accept any slabs back that are surplus to your requirements.

Our Policy

Our policy continues to improve and develop. We reserve the right to add or remove from the range or to change the design without notice. Ownership of goods supplied does not pass to the purchaser until our invoice is paid in full. In the event of them being used or sold Pinnegar and Barnes reserve the right to claim any outstanding amounts in full. All sizes, description, and dimensions are nominal and are without liability.

Colours and Cards

Customers are able to choose from a range of colours, including: natural, buff, slate, antique green, brown, yellow, and terracotta. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
